The Law Offices of J. Cheney Mason, P.A. are
located in downtown Winter Park, FL, at 250 Park Avenue South,
Suite 200. The offices are on the 2nd floor. Entry to the building is through the Bank of America Lobby. There are entries at both the front of the building on Park Avenue and the rear of the building on Center Street. Parking is available in Public Parking Lots, Private Parking Lots, Valet Parking, or on Park Avenue and the nearby side streets. The nearest side streets are New England Avenue and Welborne Avenue. Morse Boulevard is one block north of Welbourne, and Morse also offers easy access to parking. Access to parking between Morse, Welborne and New England is via Knowles Avenue.

From Interstate 4 Westbound
toward Orlando and Tampa: Exit I-4 at Fairbanks Avenue exit. Bear left on the exit ramp to access Fairbanks Avenue. Continue on Fairbanks Avenue to Park Avenue, near Rollins College (on your right). Turn left on Park Avenue and continue on Park Avenue for three (3) blocks to New England Avenue. Turn right on New England for Public Parking or left on New England for Valet Parking. You may also continue on Park Avenue for access to the two remaining right side streets (Welborne and Morse) for all parking nearest our offices.

toward Sanford and Jacksonville: Exit I-4 at
